Anytime we have reached out to the property manger Marcus E, his response is "I'm busy, I'll get back to you" and never has. The office staff are not punctual with getting key documents where they need to be. They will choose to wait till the end of business day to send you information that they have been sitting on. This was my experience in lease processing with Yari G.
Your packages will be stolen from your front door and the "mail room" which is just a public open hallway. Even though the property is gated, most of the time they are broken which leaves the car gates wide open.
There are security lights in the ally however they are not maintained so you get a lot of interesting action happening around the dumpsters at all hours.
Despite maintenance being onsite daily, it appears none of these issues are tended to, they seem to only be preparing units to move people into.
When alerted of an issue with the doors and locks of our unit not fulling latching as well as the front door lock was falling out of the frame; the maintenance members said "there's nothing we can do about it". I do not appreciate being lied to as well as the clear and plain violation of the Lease Terms of Agreement. I had to spend my own time correcting these violations. But of course Indio will not hesitate to notify or file eviction if a resident is in violation of the lease. Typical
The management company, Indio, uses 3rd party companies to facilitate transactions for water and utilities which they charge unreasonable additional fees just so they can accept your payments. This can range from $20 - $100 monthly
The utilities company CON-Service is not well regarded by anyone and they charge nearly double what the city does. In the lease agreement there is supposed to be an option checked stating that the property is sub-metered however the page was left blank and they do not disclose the rate of water you are charged per gallon, etc.
There is also water damaged materials all throughout our townhouse #403 It is clear they tried to cover up rather than replacing the damaged materials before our lease, which seems to match up with the older reviews of all the water damage.
