    It’s my first week of moving in and the process was so easy. The unit is absolutely beautiful and well-kept!! Macy is also so amazing and she helped us so much throughout the whole process. I love these apartments so far. I saw some negative comments and I would also like to address it. The gate does seem to always be opened but I really don’t mind it at all !! It makes it easier to just go in and park. But other than that I havent had any issues. I love the amenities so much especially Luxor + the trash valet. I’ve never experienced such care in a community. I love it and So does my cat Luna! She loves running around. Amazing amazing amazing! :-)

    Update after the Nash's response - their response is a lie. I definitely called and left a detailed voicemail with a callback number. When trying to walk in, you WERE open but it said to call for an appointment and your door was most definitely locked so that was also a lie. Incredible and I'm offended by you not awknowledging what actually happened. Proof in the attached picture of me calling :). Won't be getting my business. It's impossible to schedule a tour here or talk to anyone from the leasing office. I've called the last 5 days and left a voicemail and no one has returned my calls. Their front door is locked so you cannot walk in either. It makes me wonder about their responsiveness to their actual residents as well....

    Unfortunately I have to edit my previous review. DONT MOVE HERE. I wish I had done a physical tour before moving here. Managment and customer service has definitely deteriorated. I’ve been here since December of 2020 and the gate for parking has been broken 90% of the time. Elevators smell like urine, hallways are dirty, etc. I often see sketchy people walking around at night in the parking lot. To make matters worse, my license plate was stolen. I was very polite in addressing this situation initially, but when I keep getting the excuse that a “resident” keeps hitting it and they have to wait on insurance I get frustrated. I keep hearing excuses. Calls are never returned. They really don’t care about your concerns. Also my building has a key fob entrance and it’s been broken for 3 weeks now, so anyone can come and go as they please. Safety is a huge concern for me and I don’t feel safe if I happen to get home after 8 when it’s dark.

    Edited to add that the response below makes no sense. I actually showed proof through the lease agreement as to why what I was charged for did not fall under the lease agreement and I was ignored by management. In the end the management company (Lincoln Properties) ended up reducing my expenses after I explained the situation to them. Know your agreement and do not let people take advantage of you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED $700+ TO MOVE OUT. Read the reviews. Everything is great until you move out and then they take advantage of you. The nash is trying to charge me to replace the carpet in my entire 2 bedroom apartment for one small stain in ONE room. I showed them the lease agreement proving they are not allowed to do this and they will not budge. I am expecting someone from the office to leave a comment below this saying they are happy to review move out policies with me but that is A LIE. I have been emailing back and forth for months and they refuse to show proof or documentation as to why I am being charged what I am being charged. I have lived in 4 apartments and NEVER been charged like this. It is not worth it. All of this not to even mention my car was broken into within a month of me moving in because THE GATES NEVER WORK. EVER. Please avoid this apartment at all costs, there are plenty of others in the area.
