This apartment complex is very un organized. I went to visit to be a potential resident. The apartment i saw wasn’t even the apartment style i was interested in. When i got into the apartment it was nice but the lady then told me the one I’m interested in doesn’t look like this-style, restroom or anything in that nature so it was pointless for me to even tour that apartment nevertheless i still was interested because of the price. The office and staff NEVER answered the phone calls and took 2-3 days to respond to simple email questions. Nevertheless, i put my deposit down however i never received my lease to sign. Something told me hashtag the apartments on Instagram and thank God i did the residents apartment doors were getting kicked down, their cars stolen right out of the garages and tires being stolen off of cars all on the property and the staff made no Accommodations to make the residents feel safe and sound. I wasted my money on the deposit but if the staff couldn’t reply to me in a decent time frame just so i could sign my lease i don’t put it pass what they would’ve done had i moved in and i needed maintenance or an emergency. Definitely a waste of time.

It hasn't been long yet but we love living here. Eli helped us out and was flexible in aiding our moving window from the west coast. So far, no neighbor noise or faults in apartment. Husband loves the shower/tub combination in the master bathroom. EDIT: After a year, we're not sure what happened. The community changed. Maybe with management or something? The pool was disgusting - our family visiting and I got physically ill from what we believe was a chemical imbalance with the pool, we noticed uncomfortable and unsafe activity around the premises, and never had our maintenance requests filled or properly done. Because of these things, I have to lower my rating. EDIT: Added photos of the courtyard ponds, which I doubt they clean anymore ever and a huge dead bug from a hallway entrance.

Since my fellow neighbor posted a review about the pool noise, I figured I would write my own review to corroborate that review. The pool closes at 10pm, however, it is a regular occurrence to hear screaming, drunkenness, and loud music through all hours of the night, including during the week. So if you get a unit that faces the pool do not expect to get any sleep. The building is a square so the sound out there echoes around and it is impossible to sleep through. I have emailed the leasing office several times about this and have heard nothing in response. I even provided some suggestions that they could take to try to fix this issue. I'm not sure if the apartment has a courtesy patrol as the other review said because I have never been told this nor have seen anyone patrol. Additionally, the apartment complex has a gym, but in my almost two years of living here there has never been more than 1 of the 3 treadmills working. I've told the desk about the broken down machines but alas they remain unfixed. You pay a $10 amenity fee every month but it seems that is not used to maintain the gym. I had a lapse in judgment and renewed my lease. They offered to only raise my rent a small amount and gave me a little more than a week to decide otherwise the rent would have been raised more. In hindsight, I regret renewing. If you decide to live here, make sure your apartment is as far away from the pool as possible, if you enjoy sleep. Would have done 1 star but bumped it up to 2 since the interiors of the apartment are decent.
