The Mark at Midtown Park Apartments

I would not rate it even 1 star if I could. This place is going downhill and downhill fast! The pool is always dirty, the grill never stay cleaned and when it rains- under the grills near the gas line fills up with water, the hallways are always filthy and stink, they do not enforce valet trash rules and trash is always sitting outside different apartment doors, don't even think about throwing trash out on the weekends because the trash room actually FILL UP with trash, the parking garage gates are always broken or someone is hitting them, and don't even get me started on the managers in the office. Every time I need something or need to speak to someone, I always get the run around. I never receive any email responses from the manager but they are quick to notify you and continue to notify you of a .08 cent balance and threaten to block the payment portal for the next months rent. I cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone and the customer service overall is terrible and not up to par with this kind of community. I would expect this service in the ghetto. There are many more luxury communities other than this one. When I moved in, my apartment was not ready and the carpet had pet hair ALL in it, air vents were black and filled with dust, and I had ants everywhere before I even moved my furniture in. Reasons I will not be renewing my lease is due to customer service and upkeep of the complex. Trash!

I enjoyed living here. The property and amenities are amazing. We had a few social events that allowed me to meet people in the community also. The office staff always met and exceeded my expectations! When we had the snow storm in Feb 2021, they went above and beyond to keep us informed and even offered water and food when our power was out. I’ve never had an apartment community care the way that they do! My only complaint is that I just wished I hadn’t chosen an apartment facing the freeway. (LOL) unbelievably loud! Ha ha! Thank you again and I will miss you all!

I fell in love with this place the moment I stepped into this building and after my tour with Lauren I was completely SOLD..!! From amazing spacious floor plans to top notch appliances. Thou it’s a little above my budget but it’s worth every penny. Lauren’s customer service is a 10/10, she was very detailed with her answers, polite and patient with me as I insisted to see every floor plan and she delivered. Hopefully the process goes through and will update on my stay here .
