I have lived here for four years. This past year the building was sold and the new management is terrible. During the storms in May we had a leak in our bedroom ceiling. It took over a month for anyone to fix it. They never fixed the damage on the inside of the apartment, so we have a huge water stain with paint peeling off. For the past month, the vent from our AC unit has been leaking into our hall onto the carpet. We have buckets under it that collects about a gallon of water a day. We have complained several times a week for the past month. They continue to send a maintenance person over who tells us it needs to be replaced. Management however won't replace it. This is a huge health hazard because mold is everywhere. The hall smells terrible in our apartment and the water that is coming out now is brown. During the past 4 years, our car has been broken into four times. This place has become a complete slum yet they continue to raise our rent.
