the man and women that run this shop are the biggest crooks ive met. not only are the rude and hateful but ready to shame you before you even reach the counter with your items. but she knows her stuff that's for sure. they assumed that i was stupid and didn't know that they were getting about 66,000 dollars' worth of silverware (REED AND BARTON HAND MADE 1846) they took 6 place settings after robbing me for one place setting, they demand that I sell the other 5 to them for only 700 dollars I already had them appraised and didn't really want to sell but
I needed money and regret ever asking google for their address these two are the bonnie and Clyde of silverware, no joke. These two treated me as if i should of been happy to have been allowed there time to rob me, like what a privilege!

I would love to start with the owner, SO SO passionate when I complimented his fine collection..I mean superb. I wish I could go backbut this particular blonde women was very disgusting with her attitude. I had sold a silver dinner set..passed down from Generations. As I and my partner were painfully departing from the set, appreciating all the times with the set we had in the case, her again with a nasty a** attitude SLAMMED the case shut and said GOODBYE. *mind you as the owner was talking to us about this amazing set we sold she glared at us the ENTIRE time* making us feel like disgusting plebeians in Dallas. Just beware of her heinous guest service.
