Our AC got broken and we got same day after-hour service.

Happy MB Kiser customer since 2014. Great company, very dependable and always on time. My A/C bit the dust on Monday, and they sent a tech to fix it right away. A broken A/C in Texas during summer time is as good as a death sentence lol. Luckily these guys are always around. Thank you the MB Kiser team and Jordan in particular. Annual maintenance plan is pretty straightforward and a much better value than paying twice a year for the same service at twice the rate. Service manager came out after the first call didn't fix it, and made sure the unit cooled. Awesome service and friendly people.

Yesterday night both of my upstairs and downstairs AC units were down. I've checked everything, then called MB Kiser because my friend recommended them to me. The tech came and found clogged drain lines that shut down float switches on both Air Conditioners. So, he is fixed my problem in 15 minutes.
