Suddenlink has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Speaking with them on the phone is crazy, and trying to get my cable fixed usually takes two weeks

Do not use dock weeds up at suddenlink charge you for the inter et even when they cut it off tomarrow I am going up to the store in my town and telling them they need to correct it as we pay for the internet even when it is cut off

Awful service both times I've tried to get suddenlink set up the service was extremely poor.
Moved into my first home 2 years ago, called suddenlink they charged me for installation and then came out and told me my house was 20 FEET TO FAR from the tap to work. All while being extremely rude and the dude couldn't wait to leave.
Fast forward to now, I move and my neighbor whose less than 50 ft away from me has suddenlink. Now I'm reluctant to end my service with WINDSTREAM who has been amazing the past two years but they dont have good signal in the new area SUDDENLINK DOES. So I call them, set up a appointment and wait patiently for 3 days to get my internet set up. This morning I wake up to my husband talking to a very nice woman for suddenlink, who we talked to prior, saying the Tech had already been out to the house and could set up due to no more taps available. The appointment was set for 11am-2 and we work at 10am. No one knocked on my door to let me know they were here, nor is there any evidence of anyone coming out.
*****HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SHOULD NEVER BOTHER CALLING THEM****

I would give their services 0 stars if I could. I’ve been having them for 3 months and in those 3 months we’ve had way to many interruptions in our internet. I work from home and need internet to make an income. They send people out here to do the “upgrades” on their service that they’ve been working on and have them install lines and boxes on the walls of the side of our porch with out notifying us that they are doing this type of service or drilling holes and mounting boxes in the side of our house. Customer service is a joke, the service they provide is SO NOT reliable. They need to call or email before sending someone out here and causing an interruption in our service so we can be prepared. If you can go with a different provider YOU SHOULD! The soonest they can get out here is tomorrow around 11-2, that is 2 days I’m having to call out work because they can’t get it together.
