I would not recommend using their service for tax preparation. It has been over 2 months since I provided them with all the documents to complete and it is still not done. All I received were excuses of how their office flooded and had to relocate (which was before I gave them my tax documents), that they are behind because they received more referrals than they anticipated, etc. For the past month I have called every week to check on the status of my tax preparation, and each week I am told "next week." I have called April 27, May 10, May 20, and now June 2 each time being told "it will be ready by the end of next week."

I had a tax issue and Donna was very helpful. In a short consult she was able to figure how to help me. I was able to ask questions and get things fixed. Her office is easy to find and if I have any other tax needs I will definitely be going back. Her whole team is wonderful! And her office is beautifully decorated.
