I've used this service for many years. And I'm a regular customer. Most times I give good tips. March 22, '23 I just got out of the hospital. I almost died there. So, I needed to get to CVS in a death or life situation prescription wise.
I call this afternoon feeling weak but sit on the steps in the heat. The half hour comes and goes. I go in and leave the door ajar plus sit at the window in case the dispatcher and phantom driver says that they called and or he drove up I wasn't there. Vigilant and so 45 minutes later I text to see when the driver can get here. I get a formal flippant text in all capital letters "I CALLED YOU. NO ANSWER. DRIVER SAID YOU WERE NOT THERE. " ... With that no nothing as if she popped a pimple and smoothed it away. Sorry... There's a pok mark...
In this town workers that work with customers can't seem to differentiate between personal and professional conduct. They are sloppy messy and should be fired. I owned a business once. Just one customer is worth 200 more.. good or bad.
Be aware of your surroundings.
P. S. I WIll NOT GIVE CASH UP FRONT .. WHAT IF THE RUDE ACCUSING DRIVER DECIDES TO PUT YOU OUT AFTER BEING FORCED TO PAY CASH FOR YOUR ROUND TRIP. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR $70.
