My fourth time staying at this location in the last 2 years. The room was a little worn and I couldnt get the room I requested, a double. Oh well. I would still stay here again. I am a loyal Hampton Inn fan.

My dad and I had booked two different rooms (hoping to get our rooms right next to each other) that didnt happened which I wasnt too worried about that. My dad had a king size room which was really nice the room was spacious and seemed really clean. The front desk let me know my room was ready and they gave me a room key. My room was a double Queen beds so the room was a lot smaller and seemed clean. However the tv only had like five channels and I had my kids with me so I asked to change rooms otherwise I could have careless. So I switched rooms only for this other room to have dirty carpet stains plus I saw a roach on one of the doors. And the same problem the tv only had four channels.if I had known that changing rooms wasnt going to fix the problem I would stayed in the other room it was a lot cleaner. Thankfully we are only here for one night otherwise I wouldve gone somewhere else.

No Hot water for shower/shave 3/15 845am prior to business meeting.
Stay 3/13-3/15
front desk comment when checking out and notified of the cold water shower/shave "we have a lot of guests at the hotel this week"
I would expect Hilton to have minimal standards for any hotel to be designed/built/maintained for the maximum amount of guests that could accommodate the hotel on any given time.

Nice enough place. It's way better then other places in cc I've stayed. But not a super awesome place.
Rooms: Nice enough. The room I had was not a suite
Nearby activities: City center. This city is very small so it's good address
Food & drinks: Near typical chain restaurants
