I hope that no one ever experiences what I had to experience today with this man. I simply went in there looking for insurance and was rudely told to get out and I was told “your business is not welcomed”. He raised his voice to me and said “that’s your problem” I needed insurance. I literally left in tears. His un professionalism left me speechless, in tears, and a no star rating because how dare you raise your voice to me and tell me I am not welcomed.

I have a friend that used this agent and he is VERY RUDE.They called to get proof of coverage for the lienholder which expired a month ago,and the agency had not sent it. When asked why, the agent said they do not send them automatically and refused to fax proof over and then told them to find another agent. As if that wasn't bad enough he then cancelled their auto draft without permission or even letting them know. They have been with this AGENT for more then 15 yrs for him to tell them to find another agent and cancel payment was just not right. They paid on time every month and were the perfect customer. I do not recommend this AGENT at all.
