DONT RENT HERE !!!! I was there for a year and I offered to have things cleaned Crystal told me not to worry about anything because they are renovating everything but now Im being almost 700$ for cleaning fees after MANAGEMENT told me not to worry about it ! Its NOT WORTH IT they are just rigging them then rerenting them and raising prices ! And now that they have new owners all the maintenance requests and information Buccaneer had was lost and they no longer have the systems so basically all my proof is non existent due to new ownership DONT DO IT NOT WORTH IT!!!!

If I could give a big 0 on stars I would!!! I'm 59 years old and moved here to start my life over and I suggest that you do not move here! It's the worst place that I have ever lived! The management is horrible and they discriminate. I moved here October 2023 and was out February 24th. This place is noisy, inconsiderate of other tenants, trouble makers, drug addicts. If you complain, you end up getting evicted! I begged for help for 5 months and nobody would do anything about me being harassed the whole time I was there. Crystal is not manager material. She won't get out of the office for an hour to find out what is really going on. They don't care about you or anyone else is this place. You could say rat, possum and roach invested and WAY over priced! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU SEE EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GETTING! Our rent started at 750.00 and ended up at 877.00!!! I'm in a peaceful apartment now, very nice and peaceful for 775.00! Do not settle for this place, you will never sleep again until you move out!! It's disgusting, filthy and mold infestation. Renovation means tear down the building and rebuild, not rig everything and raise the price. I'm guessing most of these people are on welfare and it's section 8, I don't know but we got ripped off and lied to. I could go on but this sums it up!

The new owners are trying to charge outlandish prices for an apartment that was cleaned prior to moving out and damages that were made by there guys and charging for a month that I'm not longer staying in the apartment I recommend nobody move here and they won't provide receipts for the charges I got told they wont do it.

I hate the fact they changed the name it makes me sad, i grew up here and it had a bunch of memories for me good or bad. But i just wanna say that, in all respect Name Change or NOT its always been the kinda place that was worth living despite some problems here and there nothing to serious. loved everyone around the neighborhood, chill people most minded their business. shout out to the OG's
