Clarity Windows and Doors

I saw all the five stars rating for this company and choose them for the purchase and installation of 23 windows. This is my rating for now because I still have a few outstanding installation issues that needs to be addressed. There was an issue with arrival time on both days of the installation. Also, there seemed to have been a problem pulling the permit the city required.The installers seems very experienced regarding the installation process, Jessie, Sébastien and I think Edward(sorry if the last name is wrong) At this point, I will with hold full judgment. Clarity Windows and Doors has been a positive experience. Connor McCrown listened to what I needed and was checking in through the ordering and the instillation process. Carlos and his crew installed the windows and did a great job, to include helping get the blind brackets back up. Bethany kept me updated weekly on manufacturing progress. I am already noticing what a difference the new windows are in my home, enjoying less outside noise, glaring sun and drafts than my old windows provided. This is the third time we have gone to Clarity Windows for window replacement and have been extremely satisfied each time. Jon (our sales rep) is very knowledgeable and thorough and has always provided accurate, timely answers to our questions. His follow-up and monitoring of the process is excellent. Carlos and Josh (our install team) were on-time, efficient, and very polite each time they were here. And what can I say about the product? Without a doubt, the best windows we have ever owned. They are energy-efficient, very quiet, and absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend Clarity windows to anyone who asks, without hesitation.
