I would definitely recommend Seagrove as a 5-star condo to live in with your family.
Im still amazed by the amazing customer service provided by the Leasing professional Adrian Elizarraraz! His service continues to be excellent for any questions or issues that arise that we need assistance with!
We are currently living in a townhouse, and we love it!
Everything is high quality, and the maintenance service team is fast and very polite.
The neighborhood is very quiet and calm. We wake up with birds singing in the morning!
The condo is very well positioned as it is very close to i-45 and close to Walmart and a variety of shops.
Me and my family are definitely loving to live at Seagrove!

DO NOT MOVE HERE the car theft is terrible whoever is stealing from people cars lives at seagrove and have been watching ! There are no cameras and the office does not care at all! The will steal inside your car and also take your tires beware !

Living here has been a pleasure & my experience dealing with staff and maintenance has been great. I had an issue with a few things and they quickly got everything resolved. Thanks Seagrove!!

We got CATFISHED hard!!!!! This so called luxury living is old, smelly, trash everywhere. Some balconies are over flowing with trash. They had us do a self guided tour. I wouldnt even give it a one star rating.
