image I dont know that there is enough kind words that I can say about my experience here. As soon as I walked through the door Reid, Skylar and Ryan all helped me feel as if I was in good hands. Helped me understand the trade in process and quickly let me test drive the vehicle I ultimately fell in love with. The paperwork process is usually awful, especially with having a child become impatient, but Reid was attentive and quick to where everything was painless and easy. 10/10 recommend anyone looking to find their next vehicle to give them a call!

image I was not really looking to upgrade my car at this moment but a sales rep reachs out and assures you that they can get into a 2024 vehicle that has all the features you want and would be close to the same price youre currently paying, why wouldnt you?
Now please keep in mind, I just had a baby 3 months ago. As first time parents, My husband and I feel it is very important that I am able to stay home with our son for the first year. And doing so made it crucial we stick to our budge allowing me to postpone returning to work. Solely relying on my husbands income, I was very transparent on how much we would be comfortable paying a month including gap insurance.
Unfortunately with Cowboy Kia, I have learned you have to be very careful with what they promise you because when it comes down to it there is always a catch. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from them. After hours of discussion we agreed on a price that would include gap insurance, I signed a paper agreeing to those terms and conditions. However when we sat down for the financing part of it, we were told well they cant approve that amount because the salesmen do not know the cost of what the packages will add or what gap insurance will add. The end cost was way more than what we agreed to pay, financially was not the best decision for us at this moment. We would have walked away but eager for the sale our financing rep, really made it work for us. Our salesman was very kind and easy to work with but at the end we felt a little lied to. Stormy was our financing rep thank you for everything you did for us. You were the saving grace!
