This doctors office is completely unorganized and don't care if it effects their patients. My husband made an appt. at 8am the earliest one that he could get cause he had to go to work after. He got there had to sit outside in their numbers parking and called in at 8am to check in. He sat there until 915 and called them back and asked if they had forgotten about him. They said his appt was down for 1015, he told them no he made it for 8am. They said they would be with him shortly with no apology for their mistake. Then I got pulled in next to him and they came out to treat him instead of my husband and at this point it was already 930.I wouldn't recommend this doctors office to anyone.

Not worth it. Larry Young told my husband to get over his depression. How sad is that?? If I didn’t have to chose a star, I wouldn’t. This place does not care about patients or their well-being, just money they make. Do yourself a favor and go to MHMR in Greenville.

I have been using Dr. Rick for almost 40 years. I would say he's a good doctor. Also like his brother Dr. Tom. And I like Bryan Weber and can almost always get an appointment with him if I need it in a hurry. Also like the nurses and the lab crew. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is horrible! Other than Mrs. Goodwin, every person in there that we have came into contact with has been completely incompetent. They take weeks to return phone calls. We are in the office at least 30 mins after supposed appointment time and longer at times waiting to be seen. When we finally get my sons needed prescription “sent to the pharmacy “ we go to pick it up and it has not actually been sent. Call and wait 15 mins to find out that it’s still waiting for the dr to sign it. Time off work, wasted gas money and time! I do not write bad reviews ever but it’s way passed time for this place! If you go there or are going to then good luck and hopefully you get better service than my family has!
