I just LOVE Dawn! She is so sweet and took care of me to the T. I couldn't remember my appointment time and she fit me right in when I got there. Dawn was friendly and knew what she was doing. On top of the great service, she got me back more than I thought I would. I was also worried my son's dad claiming him. She texted me about an hour after I left to let me know, my taxes was accepted by the IRS. She made this process stress and worry free. I will be a returning customer!
