1st the carpet on the 5th floor is messed up causing a HUGE fall hazard which could be a HUGE problem as I about fell.
The majority of the staff were great. The temperature was NOT steady and kept going from hot to cold.

UPDATE: 4/2/2024 I just saw your request for a call back and I tried to call today at 4:30. The manager was already gone for the day. The employee who answered was pretty rude to me, and didnt even offer to have them call me back. Guess customer service has not improved. Its unfortunate because this is very close to family we plan to visit often. Their loss.
Room was clean but the front desk was terribly unfriendly, unhelpful, and kinda rude. When we arrived their systems were unexpectedly down and they asked us to checkin using the app. I had never used the app before and the front desk person left us there with no key, instructions, and seemed annoyed when I called her when it made me set my checkin for an hour later.
Our first morning, we stopped by the front desk to ask for washcloths and face tissue. They said okay and started working again, so we thought they were going to deliverthey didnt.
That evening I called the front desk because toilet wasnt working and we didnt get what we asked. They told us to come down and get everything and a plunger to fix the toilet ourselves.
Well give it another try when were back in town because it is close to family, but my advice to management is treat your staff better so they treat your guests better.
Rooms: Nice and clean.
