The staff is always amazingly friendly. On this busy visit, there was a flu going around so we didn't get to see them, but that's understandable. Always adopt. But always look that pup in the eyes and decide if that is truly your pup.

Couldn't be happier with our experience at Operation Kindness! We foster both cats and dogs and we fell in love with our most recent foster, so we decided to adopt him. OPK made it so easy and offered so many resources to aid in caring for Hercules. The staff is fabulous and knowledgeable! This will always be the way we go for owning a pet! 100% recommended!

When walking in here, I was a bit skeptical due to the lack of a welcoming atmosphere. Someone came to help us after we stood there looking confused for a few seconds and showed us to the check-in kiosk we honestly should've guessed we needed to use.
Once checked in, we were permitted to enter cat room #1 without supervision. We were also informed not to open cages or stick our fingers through the bars, which is especially understandable with a few of them being some real track stars.
Once we narrowed down our picks to just two choices, we stepped out and let the employees know. They were helpful in informing us of any known history they might have on the cats we had chosen and after making our final decision, the paperwork was fast and easy.
Now for the hard part of getting the fur babies to get along!
