DO NOT GO TO HIM. He is RUDE and condescending to patients. Took my sister here to get a consultation on braces and guess what he did? He legit LAUGHED at her teeth. Right in front of her. He said he had never seen teeth that bad and LAUGHED at how bad her teeth were right in front of her face. This is terrible. No one deserves to go through this. Go to anyone else but this person. Don't even give him any of your time. He will not care for you and I'm sure he is only in it for money.

Do not recommend. Chu doesn't care about the well-being of his clients and neither does his staff. They are unprofessional and will overcharge you. The braces get damage easily compared to others and he will charge you extra whenever he can.

Had braces done by Dr Chu.as a child now I'm 30 years old. I will say he saved my life because my teeth were horrible thank you Dr.Chu! So greaful you cared for me so long ago never forget you.

I went as a child and now I am an adult. Yes, my teeth are straight now but my bite is not straight. Im currently getting my bite fixed right now. I definitely felt a bad vibe from him as a child. Now I know its because he was bankrupt and does malpractice. Really regret going to him. My parents and I wasted so much time and money on this man. He moved his office every year. My poor mother drove to his new office even if its hours away from our home. My mom and I did not know much about the process (because I was a child and my mom spoke little English) so we just trusted him. When I went back in 2011, he had a huge office with many workers. Literally the next month, he moved office and it was just him and another guy working under him. He moved office every year and i had braces for 4 years just read the other reviews. Hes only in it for the money and he really does make condescending comments.
