Absolutely horrible customer service. You call and call and no one will actually speak with you, they tell you to speak with someone else. I had this bank when it was Viewpoint Bank back in 2007/2008 and I have been completely ignored as a customer. My account was just closed with absolutely no notifications. I have tried for 2 days contacting them, even going in person to the store and the never have 'the right person' to help me.

Horrible location since Calvin B left.
The "personal" banker is not qualified to be a banker and knows nothing about "personal" service. She's a disaster. I'll close my account and move to PNC because of her.

Have all banking products. Rates are as good or better than competition. Biggest problem is there customer service wait time with there customer's. Many times I've had to wait 20 to 40 minutes and don't get the answer to solve the challenge. I now go direct to the branch I deal with the most. They get to the bottom of problem.
