Never anything but good service when they were Mustang Equipment. Hoping that continues.. I have purchased several chainsaws and mowers over the years. Always delivered running perfect. only used service a few times, but was done prompt and correct.

United Ag & Turf has provided great service and offers great products. My Stihl leaf blower has been trouble free, and I used my new Honda lawnmower today for the first time. It is by far the best lawnmower I've ever had.

Terrible Service, Rude Manager ( Brannen ) and Charged me 1 hour of labor ( $124.00 )to tell me my Skag Zero Turn 61 inch needed a New Carburetor. When I asked if they had the Kawasaki Carb. he said no it would take 3 weeks to get it in. He said maybe a John Deere Carb would work but he could not tell me for sure and the Carb alone was $600.00. The Kawasaki Carb was $400.00 So I said if you don't have proper parts for the Kawasaki engine then I'm going to take it somewhere else that has the proper Kawasaki parts. That's when he said your bill will be for 1 hr of labor. ( $124.00 ) All I asked them to do was evaluate the Skag and tell me what it needs. Mustang Equipment, previous owner did that every time I took it in for evaluation. I bought the Skag from Mustang Equip along with a John Deere zero turn. I had Mustang Equipment work on my mowers all the time. I also told Brannen the manager that Mustang Equip just did a Carb tune up on this Skag a few months back. I have normally only been charged for an evaluation and what it needs at a reasonable price $30-$50. Brannen said no I needed to pay him the $124.00. He was very rude and very unfriendly and he represents United Ag and Turf in Bulverde, ( San Antonio ) Texas the new owners of Mustang Equipment. I asked them to load my mower onto my trailer and they placed it on a front end loader and preceded to damage the back end of my mower and lift gate of my trailer. They then took it off of the front end loader and started it and mower still smoking the mechanic ran it on up on the trailer. The Mechanic then apologized to me for damaging the Skag Mower with the front end loader.. The next day I took it to another Skag Dealer who had plenty of Kawasaki parts and if he didn't have them he could get the parts right away he said. His total charge to fix Carb with all Kawasaki parts, change oil and oil filter, add gas and warranty for 90 days was $268.00. Now that price was very reasonable ! I would recommend anyone wanting to take their mower or any other yard machine to United Ag and Turf in Bulverde to really think hard and long before they do that. This isn't the same company as Mustang Equipment nor is the New manager the same type of manager as we have all been use to in Bulverde to handle our mowing equipment.
I would like the reginal office in Waco, Tx to get back to me about repairing my mower Bulverde damaged trying to set the mower on my trailer.
