Unfortunately my experience was terrible. I requested a quote prior to Christmas & did not receive the quote until after the new year begun. I had to continuously call the office & never got a call back. I also had to show up to the office twice in order to get an actual answer from someone. Taylor who works the phones & scheduling was always on social media on her personal phone when I showed up to the office. The phone # Shawn puts on his business card never gets answered. The day when the project was supposed to be done, no one shows up. I call only to be told that someone re-schedule my project without letting anyone know.
I hope that the next clients experience is better & I hope they take this review & use it to provide better customer service.

Brenham Carpet & Tile did a great job on our house. We had another contractor install tile on tub surrounds for all 3 of our bathrooms in a new build. The previous contractor did an awful job and made a huge mess of our house in the process. We had Shawn & his team rip out all of the previous tile installation and redo all the work correctly. They were great to work with, were knowledgeable, did immaculate work & made an extra effort to ensure that they mitigated as much of the collateral damage (to walls, floor, etc.) done by the previous contractor as possible. We are beyond pleased with the new showers and were so happy with their work that we had them come back out to install our kitchen countertops. It did take a few weeks to get an estimate, but it was definitely worth the wait. I can't recommend Brenham Carpet & Tile enough! Service: Tile work replacement

Unfortunately, i can't say they did a great job since they would not even give me an estimate. A tech came to my home quickly to assess the issue; however, after over a month i still have not heard from them. I have called several times and left messages and spoken to the receptionist several times. I think ignoring potential customers is a bad business decision. I try to use local companies, but this is a reason not to. If they ever give me an estimate and we proceed with them, i will update my review.
