I want to say Thank you so much to a great Team Roque, Don,Dayana I placed an order of canvas on Friday 3/22, Saturday they called me saying they didnt have the supplies to finish my order of 26 canvas . I was worry I needed them to be done Friday the latest. Keeping up with the crew Saturday Monday regarding shipment today Tuesday I spoked to Ana an inform me they had enough supplies that werent sure how long they will take but will do the best. Fast forward couple hours later she calls me with the news they had finish my order with the help of the rest of team my ORDER WAS COMPLETE.!!! Yay.!! Thank you guys I appreciate it .!

They had 10 people in line and only 1 employee at the register. Then they had a second employee behind the register choosing to do photos instead of help bring the line down.

We took our baby to get passport photos done here, and the man who helped us (Not sure of his name but he had a big tattoo on his arm and dark, shorter hair) was super kind, patient, and helpful! We went during the busy hours in the evening, and he made sure to take care of us while also taking care of other customers. I just wanted to leave a review because of his spectacular customer service and patience with us. I wish I had gotten his name!

Service - awful and seemingly deliberately unhelpful, in some cases.
Photo station: possibly not updated for 15 years. INCREDIBLY slow to load and inefficient, and doesnt tell you if you can collect photos immediately or need to return to collect until after youve gone through the whole process.
A very frustrating experience.
