Didnt feel like they were really on it or cared that much. I spent a lot of time and money to be told to go to a different kind of specialist, kinda annoying.

With Dr. Sundaram at Urology Austin, I got an aquablation operation. It is the latest type of operation if you have a hard time peeing. The restriction is in the prostate and this process maps out the prostate so it knows what to remove and, more importantly, what not to remove so you can still get a good erection. I hate to put it so bluntly but I want to get the point across. I found it to not be painful! It was a messy process for about 3 weeks after the operation. I was peeing some blood. Sometimes more. Sometimes less in the 3 weeks. When it is more, drink atleast a quart of water every couple hours. After the 3 weeks was up, I could pee like a Russian Race horse.

Dr. Miranda Hardee is an exceptional urologist. Dr. Miranda Hardee listened to and answered all my concerns giving me her time. I loved that she was not in a hurry even though she was running behind. I am willing to wait for you Dr. Miranda Hardee because you care about giving quality service. Thats unheard of in this decade. She was excellent at explaining my options in a wholistic manner. I am so impressed with her and for her care she deserves A+++. My sincerest thanks for your fantastic service Dr. Miranda Hardee.

I have no clue how this place is not a one-star clinic by now. While at one time they may have earned a 4.8 rating, let me tell you that is no longer the case. From taking 5 different phone calls to send one message, to running me back and forth for imaging, to confusing the hell out of me about my surgery options, this was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a medical facility. After dealing with these people, there is no way I would let them operate on me. Save yourself the trouble and go to another urologist.

I think they have too many patients.  You are asked to be there early for the appointment, and then sit waiting in a room for 1hr 20minutes, and then being told it will be another 20  minutes before they can someone to see you, not even the doctor you were supposed to see.  I am sorry but if you are overbooked it should be communicated so you can either cancel the appointment or be prepared to wait for 2 hours.
