Run as fast as you can in the other direction. Do not trust your sensitive documents with this company.
The loan officer divulged confidential financial information to my realtor. At one point someone elses Closing Disclosure was sent to me by mistake. The supervisor for this team was incredibly sexist. When attempting to apologize for the ineptitude of his team, he inadvertently apologized to my father by name, having assumed it was my husband, however I am the sole borrower, my fathers name was not on any document other than a letter explaining a small gift.
Overall this company is not trustworthy, their team members are incapable of working as a team, and they clearly do not have any training on sexism.

From day one, Mr. Darren Edgar was very professional and honest. He kept us well informed through every step of the process and always made himself available to answer all our questions. Just what first-time home buyers like us needed. We considered other lender options but Churchill M. was the best overall.
