    I've lived in Riata for seven years, with two of those years in Myles Mark. I've only ever had great interactions with the management. The few things I've needed fixed were addressed quickly and professionally. Jasper especially is such an amazing community manager. My friends are always shocked at how little I pay for what I get. It's affordable and peaceful and the grounds are always really clean and well kept. I can't think of anything they need to improve at the moment :)

    Had a very bad experience with the management. They are only good to you when you are a new customer. You have to roam around leasing office for every small things and leaving community comes with a lot of price. There are lot of good communities nearby for the money you are willing to pay, search nearby and you will see it yourself.

    BE WARNED - dishonest manager & director NIKKI, SARAH, AND DEBRA ARE DISHONEST. YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY TAKE MY WARNING, NEVER LIVE IN RIATA. My unit got a violation code from the city of Austin. Nikki, the director, made me pay $1040.40 to escape the nightmare I was in. A tenant who complained since October 2018 wants to move out when the lease is over, because he is sick of Riata managers' and his on-going insect issues. He asked Riata if he can turn in the keys early, and they told him to pay extra fees if he wants to do so. My neighbors wanted to move to a different unit because of the bug issues, and they were told by Sarah to pay $300 to do so. I was told by Riata to pay $1040.40 to move away from the bug infested unit. Additionally, I have receipts of products I bought ($350) to remedy the bug issues, since the apartment could not resolve the issues. I had to Air B&B, rent a UHaul, and vacuum everyday dozens of times. My neighbors and I asked Sarah and Nikki in person, to do the right thing. Still, Nikki was firm in her decision to make her suffering tenants pay exorbitant amounts of money to get away from the issues. The issues, by the way, that her management could not resolve. Nikki took my security deposit ($150) even though nothing was broken. I barely lived in the apartment because of the insect infestation. Also, my painful experience do not have clear price tags - lost many nights of sleep, lost productivity in work, endured mental stress and trauma, and dealt with unprofessional employees of Riata. I spent $350 on Air B&B, vacuum, bug slippers, ruined door mat, Uhaul, and dehumidifier. I've spent hours and hours in desperate attempts to get rid of the bugs. My vacuum was clogged with dead bugs. I've cried many times in my apartment, very sad that I'm paying so much money to live in an infestation. The insects made me depressed. I've exhausted my time, health, money, and efforts in Riata. NIKKI, SARAH, AND DEBRA ARE DISHONEST. YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY TAKE MY WARNING, NEVER LIVE IN RIATA. NO ONE NEEDS TO WASTE THEIR MONEY ON DISHONEST, UNCARING APARTMENT MANAGERS. We have the audio records, emails, witnesses, videos, pictures, and phone calls that are evidence to all our experience.

    Great experience living here. Staff was welcoming during my move in and extremely helpful and flexible with my move out. I would’ve loved to have made my stay here longer but my company moved and so did I. Apartment was great, maintenance staff was great and timely on their service requests. It was annoying that they’d have apartment checks often. Guess bc management changed during my lease. Overall friendly, family neighborhood. You pay water, Gas, and Electric. Water and Sewage is with Riata since they individually bill out. The apartment is well organized. Great parking situation. Wonderful trails to run and stay active. The weight room and pools are amazing. What hooked me to the place we’re all the grills everywhere but the one in front of my building didn’t work. I probably could’ve made a big deal about it and management more than likely would’ve addressed it. Another negative is dog owners being irresponsible over their pets mess but other than that. I would re-up with Riata MylesMark in a heart beat. Peaceful quiet home where you know you were appreciated.
