Anne was FANTASTIC to work with. The Austin real estate market is currently ridiculous and somehow, *somehow*, she found us the perfect house. When we started this process, my spouse and I didn't know what we wanted in terms of a house except it needed to have 3 bedrooms, 2+ baths, share no walls and have a decent sized yard for gardening. How many floors? Who cares? What type of neighborhood? Doesn't matter! Even in a market where houses were going tens of thousands of dollars over asking, Anne kept us leveled headed but optimistic. She wouldn't let us put an offer on something we didn't love, and she didn't try to push us into any place that didn't fit our personalities. In addition, she's so responsive. I would text her sobbing emojis and she was there, reassuring me even though I was being so very dramatic. Overall, she found us a house with all the things we were looking for AND we got it for within our budget. I will continue to recommend Anne to anyone looking for their perfect place to settle down.
