It's a bit abnormal to probably write a review after you move in a home, but I wanted to send a follow-up to my original review almost one-year ago when we first contacted Tania Arceo. She was fantastic working with me on my relocation from Charlotte NC to Austin. But her continued follow up and check in with me, truly has made the real difference. We've all experienced what it's like when you are first meeting someone, but for me, the proof of great customer service is with the follow up. So, I wanted to take the time to say Tania, thanks again for ensuring that after a year has passed, you've continued to ensure that we as renters have had great service from 1836 Realty.
