Terrible service... been three weeks without air conditioning and there is zero sense or urgency for mynd to get somebody out here to fix it.

Placed an app on a house in Austin TX thru Mynd property management. Apparently days later they removed the listening and was never notified that they were planning to make repairs to the home. I was charged for 2app fees plus 2 dog fees total $145. Days later I check my husband app they changed the status from submitted to needing 3months of bank statements. But home is not on the market currently. HORRIBLE people to work with and Synthia who was the person handling the apps doesnt know what she is talking about. Avoid this property management company at all cost. If I could give no stars I would.

Investors beware. Terrible experience with MYND overall. It's been over 2 months and no placement - not even a single application to this day. This is a review of Mynd sales, marketing and our property manager whose name starts with an 'A'. From the very beginning we had issues with listing our property. The information regarding the amenities were incongruent, details were incongruent, the pet policy said 'no pets' when we agreed to allow pets and then listed pet screening costs. After 6 weeks, I can say most of the information is now correct with a dozen hours of hand holding. We decided to have our agent list the units on the MLS because Mynd still had not placed anyone after 2 months and our property manager told us the wrong lock box info so the agent couldn't tour the units with a candidate. Just spend a little extra money and go to a local property manager who's departments aren't silo'd and they wont treat you like a number.
