        Do not ever do business with this company! I booked a VRBO through them. When I realized that they did not have available parking, I tried to cancel my reservation the same day. One month and one week later, after multiple phone calls, they still have not cancelled my reservation and charged me an additional $548!!! They refuse to cancel my reservation which was well before the cancellation date and have cost me so much time and money! VRBO said that Sentral is a private company that advertises on their website to they have no control over what happens with it.
