Most of these reviews are employees. However, for tenants, it is totally different. Read reviews about The Hub in most cities and you will see they are completely unresponsive. They have ruined my daughter's first year of college. She isn't looking forward to it at all and our family has been completely stressed all summer because of this chaotic and disorganized company. Avoid their properties and find a better, more responsive place for your college student.

I have had an amazing experience working for Core Spaces and living at one of its properties for the past year! Core goes the extra mile for its residents and its employees! The nearby properties' teams and representatives from corporate all feel like one big team. I feel very comfortable reaching out to upper management to ask a question or voice an opinion.

It's the small things at Core that make their culture as inviting and friendly as possible. I have been fortunate enough to work with Core Spaces for over two years. Even as a site partner, I feel valued and supported by management, corporate teams and other site teams. Hard work does not go unnoticed, people are quick to give shout outs where they are deserved. Both on-site partners and the corporate team will always go above and beyond in training, team development, apartments, etc.
