I live in a property managed by this company, Fiesta Place. It's a decent apartment building physically but management has disappeared using Covid for an excuse. Emails and phone messages go unanswered. I never received a sheet to document the state of the apartment even after emailing and calling several times. I can't even reach a staff member to learn about my options for extending or ending my lease.

Disgusting.. Bed Bugs. Roaches. Sketchy area. Sketchy management.. How they are still a thing, I will guess because they've been in the business long enough to know how to do things at the absolute bare minimum. Not their only property so beware. I'm sure they are all just as big of cesspools as this location..

I recently moved to Central Properties. I was given a unit infested with bedbugs. It has been almost a month since they were first notified and they have done nothing other than offer me three choices; half off a months rent, a proper bedbug treatment, or to get out of my lease. Out of the dozens of times I've tried to call, and had to leave messages, I've gotten 3 responses, while I sleep in my bug bombed vehicle in the parking lot and spend my hard earned money on rent for an uninhabitable apartment, and massive amounts of laundry. In one of our conversations I informed them that I had been doing laundry in the laundry room and it is most certainly also infested, and I was told they don't need to take any action until they have complaints. This is Central Properties. I was desperate for an apartment, and I regret having moved here. Please don't make the same mistake. Your car is better than renting here. Under the overpass in a tent is better than renting here.. This place will ruin you..
