I currently lease with these people. You still cannot get a live person on the phone, repair requests still must be written - faxed or mailed in, no personal delivery and repairs under $60 must be paid by the tenant. EVERY repair I have had to get has cost me $60, I now get my own repair people because it was so ridiculous. The house was filthy when I moved in, only the carpets were clean. I noticed fire-ants when I was moving in, they told me that I now had a lease and pest control was MY responsibility. Same day as lease signing, I kid you not. The garbage disposal was broken when I moved in, I called for repairs, they sent out a very nice man who pulled a rusted bottle cap out of the disposal - I said that it wasn't mine, he agreed, I had just moved in and it was obviously old - $60. Bathtubs wouldn't drain - $60. Will be moving as soon as my lease is up and I won't lease with these people again.
