I moved in a few months ago. I have a disability that made it difficult for me to get around my apartment Levi Took the time to understand my needs and work with me to find a solution that allowed me to stay here at the Beverly very happy with the level of service and friendships that made in the building.

The Beverly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the luxurious lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff of Levi, Javier and Aresli went above and beyond. The amenities were top-notch, from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. My apartment is spacious and thoughtfully designed for ultimate relaxation. The location couldnt be better, with convenient access to amazing food spots and local attractions. I highly recommend The Beverly for anyone seeking a five-star experience in accommodations and service.

The Beverly is a fantastic place to live, offering proximity to all the amenities downtown has to offer. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the staff, especially Levi and Araceli. Their assistance has made my transition to Texas incredibly smooth. They are always there to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Additionally, The Beverly organizes community events that bring residents together and facilitate the development of new relationships.

Scheduled a tour today but no one was at the leasing office when it was time. Wait for 30min but no one showed up, just a sign that someone was out on the property and theyd be back shortly. Maybe dont leave if you know you have an upcoming appointment? Also had to pay for parking just for no one to show up which is pretty annoying.

We called up the emergency line at around 6pm because a pipe had come loose under the sink so water was flooding everywhere. We had only moved in a couple of day before so had limited supplies to deal with this. After a shirt while we did manage to get through to someone who contacted the on duty caretaker. The caretaker called us back and by this point we had managed to reattach the pipe ourselves so it was no longer leaking. He asked to come in the morning which we agreed to. He arrived a little later than expected (9:40am) but fixed the problem in no time and also sorted a couple of other issues we raised. All in all we were pleased with the response :)
