She was patient and professional throughout the entire process. From day one, she made me feel like I was her only client. Even though she helped us find our first dream home ten years ago, she continues to keep in contact several times throughout the year just to see how me and my family are doing. Donna's follow up after move-in has been consistent and ongoing. She provides monthly check-ins and gives us a heads up on local events and special deals from local Austin eateries. She even sends me something's sweet and calls or texts me on my birthday every year. Donna has always done an excellent job. We are tenants of a property managed by Donna and she is very professional and is very dependable. Any issues we have had, she has been quick to fix and is always on top of any and all maintenance on the property. We are very grateful to have someone as attentive as she is and we look forward to continuing working with her. She really does an amazing job!

Donna is awesome! We have family in Austin and were looking for an investment property that we might want to live in someday. She helped us explore a few different areas and was very knowledgeable about each one of them. In the end, Donna found us a great property in a nice neighborhood and she made the whole process fun and painless. She also manages rental properties and, because we live out of state, we feel good knowing that she's caring for our tenants and our house.

Donna helped us buy our house when we moved to Austin and then helped us sell our house almost 3 years later. She is amazing. She is very hands on and and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were first time buyers and theN sellers and she always was available for all of our questions. Such a gem!!! We highly recommend her!!
