So sad...to leave this review but we have been with Dr Nichols office since she was the pediatrician for both my daughters for over 13 years. However we had really bad experience with the call center scheduling and coming into her office on a Monday morning and being just 15 mins late ..Dr Nichols refused to see us. We drove from lakeway in school traffic I would have thought the Dr would have a heart. I will be switching Dr to say the least. Advise to ADC clinic. Please have more patience .there are working parents that are fighting school traffic due to lack of bus transportation for schools and external work pressures. I expected a lot more from a Dr I have had a relationship with for so long.

She is awesome. Has been taking care of my children ever since they were born. 12 and 15 year olds.

Dr. Nichols is a great person and shell make you feel welcome every time. I highly recommend her.

I couldnt imagine taking my daughter to anyone else. Dr. Nichols has been the family pediatrician for a long time. She is the best of the best!
