        I went into Airrosti to see Dr. Pappas for my hamstring and back. Had great experiences both times. He is very knowledgeable and the rehab exercises were very helpful. He works hard to get to know his clients and was always very accessible to answer any questions. He also reached out after we were done to check in on how everything was going. Great guy. Highly recommend!

        My expectations were tempered when I started with Dr. Pappas and his team because my recovery from a spinal fusion surgery 9 months prior wasn't going well after I moved to Texas. They greatly exceeded my expectations and was out of pain in just 4 sessions. I highly recommend them!
