For about 32 years I suffered from constant headaches with occasional migraines 24/7. I grew up believing that everyone suffered like I did, it was part of being a woman and being an adult. I cried after my first lumbar puncture. I didnt know that pain could go away or the noise in my ears could stop. They showed me a life without pain! And for that I will always be grateful to them.

Attempting to get established here in Austin and had a poor experience at AECC. The receptionist is rude in person and over the phone. Complete lack of customer service skills. Can't believe a professional office would have someone like her as the first impression. Dr. Montoya lacks the ability to listen. He made a mess of my meds and I had to call back to get my script fixed through his Nurse so the dosage would be correct. Wanted me to return every couple of months for a check up eventhough I was on an annual basis with my previous Dr. since my condition is well controlled.

My appointment is tomorrow. I haven't even seen the doctor yet, as of right this minute, I would not recommend this clinic. I understand someone having a bad day. I have bad days. But being hung up on 5 times is not acceptable, especially after I ask to speak to the office manager. You better believe I'm going to tell the doctor about this in my appointment tomorrow morning. No wonder this office is short staffed. No one wants to work with nasty colleagues. Your attitude sucks and you need some customer service skills! I work in a doctors' office myself, and if I did this to patients, I would not have a job. I was referred to this office because one of the doctors I work for told me this was who he goes to. If I wanted crappy customer service, I would've stayed where I was.
