T's Pro Nails

I didnt find the staff to be welcoming or friendly. First, when I was inquiring about the no-chip mani, and second, during the mani itself. The technician all but slapped my hand, constantly telling me to relax. (Which is pretty hard to do in this condition!). My no-chip also didnt last as long as other places.

I love that this place is easy to get into, and I had my all time best leg/foot massage here from a much older gentleman. He was amazing although he didn't cut my nails straight across as requested (terrible ingrown nail followed:/)My only real complaint is they don't use the AC and it truly smells like urine in here. I bet they use pine sol bc it causes that terrible acrid smell too.

When I arrived I was asked, how can we help you today? After I told them I was wanting my eyebrows waxed, I was told We dont have time for you. come back in an hour. Yikes. In retrospect, Im glad I didnt spend my money on a business that treats their customers this way.
