    TL;DR: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD - nail techs were rude, slow, INAPPROPRIATE, unsanitary and DID NOT provide a quality service (3 nails chipped in less than 24 hours) - male manager was also very rude, does not know how to conduct business or make sure customers are satisfied and does and does care about his reputation or know how to deal with customers If I could give this no stars, I would. I'm not the type of person to complain but this was quite literally the WORST experience I've ever had, and speaking with the manager put the icing on the cake. Let's start with the in salon experience: -my nail technician called me fat -my nail technician called my friend "too tall" -my nail tech made offensive comments about transgendered people -massage had no pressure and felt like an irritating skin rub -my pedicure took significantly longer than my friends (and started before hers) because my nail tech kept PHYSICALLY HITTING the male tech next to her, flirting and carrying on with him. She slapped him, pushed him and pinched his earlobes. SO uncomfortable. -the place was not clean. They charge extra for disposable liners and even then the tub felt greasy -the paint job is substandard. There is paint all over the cuticle on most nails Not even 24 hours later, 3 toes are severely chipped. So I decide to call the salon to speak with a manager. I was seeking a refund because WHY would I want to go back to the salon to be insulted again? When they answered the phone I asked if I could speak with a manager and the voice on the other end responded ".... Uh... This is she." ?!?!?! Like are you sure or not? So I explain my experience and she says refunding money isn't something they usually do. I was adamant and she said she'd talk with her other manager. I said I'd be happy to explain to him what happened. She told me to hold on a second and I could hear HER telling him my experience in a foreign language, which is rude because she spoke perfect English. The male manager was the biggest problem. Experience with the male manager: -wouldn't let me explain my situation and talked over me -I had to ask him to stop talking over me so I could explain, which I did -he said since it's a service they don't do refunds -he was insinuating I was a liar because I did not know the name of my technician -insinuated I was a liar again because I did not complain yesterday... HELLO I wanted to GET OUT OF THERE ASAP -when I told him I was going to review the business and share my extremely negative experience he responded "you know, what can I say? Go ahead." Someone who CLEARLY doesn't care about his customers, customer retention, customer satisfaction or reputation. DO YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BUSINESS?

    Yes the place is small and a little dusty but for the job they do, the price, and how nice they are I like it. It’s not far from campus and not super expensive so I usually go here.

    For the confidence of it being right beside west campus; it’s worth it. I wouldn’t drive out of my way to go here, nothing too fancy. Poor color selection, and they don’t have a deluxe pedi. However, it’s super close by and the workers are so sweet.
