        Waiting on someone to call me about our experience. Had a lot of issues which delayed our closing by three days... Some of it was the third parties that they hired... But most of it was due to poor communication from two representatives. Requested a manager to contact me, rep would not give up the name and said that we would get a review and then be contact. It has been a week and still no contact. Regret using them, and have been a BOA customer since they were Nations Bank in 1997. At no point was an apology given for the delay...just a "we are not responsible" response. At this point I have no faith in this company as it is obvious hey do not care about customer service.
