I can not get ahold of a supervisor and the lady raised her voice at me and threatened to release the call on me I told her please do not raise your voice at me I just need to speak to a supervisor and she hung up I did nothing but ask because I know I explained the situation that I have not been able to get solved for three months now and nobody can return a call or answer the messages on their web site. So I have been calling and everyone is hanging up on my partner and I. This company is anything but professional and has zero customer service.

I wish I read the reviews. I'm trying to make my first payment by registering for an account and it says my loan number can't be verified...I am copying from the letter I received in the mail. I've tried call/email/chat and no one is answering. I called the Houston office where a lender immediately picked up, but just asked for my email and then they emailed customer service...I regret refinancing with them. My first lender was so much better.
