Look elsewhere for TMS treatment. They tout being among the "first ones" to use the therapy for depression. Their machine appears to be that very first one. They sit you in a regular dining chair that can't be adjusted in any way. I had a really bad experience during calibration. Of about 36 visits, I felt welcomed maybe 3 times. The rest were always awkward in some way. I had check-ins with "psychologist" that didn't even know what TMS entailed. Their billing process is non-existent. There's no detailed invoices or any way to be given an accounting of payment history. The legal name for the clinic is "senior adult specialty" and they mostly service Alzheimer's patients. Therefore, you are not going to hear many complaints. Since I found this clinic via a google search, I wanted to warn you - there are other clinics in the metro area, I found out too late. The therapy provided by the machine did improve some of my symptoms, but all the stress related to accessing it through these people was unnecessary. UPDATE: +1 Star because they refunded an error in billing to me, we'll see if my insurance says otherwise.

Doctor Winston might know psychiatry but his treatment of patients is poor, and this comes from a physician with 45 years experience.
