The VA alone has a lot of issues with long wait times, disorganization, etc. But this place is nice, clean, and the people are friendly. They try really hard to be accommodating and treat you with respect. Ive been to several different VA clinics, but Ive never had a bad experience.

I've been trying to get and eye appointment sence Nov 22 when I had to cancel do to a mirgrain. Left.message when I cancel to reschedule .Never recieve a call back. I been on hold for 1-2 hours today and all it keep say assisting other customer. day been trying

Never have a good experience here,service is slow and minimal staffing is why also have not been able to find any doctor that has truly addressed my needs. Also went to just get a flu shot and after waiting 30 mins they say oh btw they are in a meeting,could have told me that smh

Went to give my sample of blood then drop by travel desk and I noticed no one in line so I just walked up and two employees were talking and when I came to the window, the VA employee told next time I come to the window to wait until they were done talking! Really? Wait till your done jaw jacking? Totally unprofessional and rude ! My visit was on 1/30/2023 @ or about 1004 hrs@ travel desk!
