Worst service I’ve ever had, they’re very un professional and laugh at theirs patient’s diseases, I went to get some studies done (which they never showed me the results) and while I was waiting they were laughing at someone else’s disease, even the doctor that was attending him

My husband attended this clinic on 9/15/2021 for an infection on a finger on his hand; the receptionist was somewhat nice, but the nurse was very rude, did not provide him with written information on what ointment to buy, was going to give him a shot and talked to him very rudely, no education what's so ever. The doctor did not even bother to wipe his finger or apply some medication on it, she just looked at it and said that it might be an infection due to the kind of work he does. Most Hispanics come to this "clinics" because they don't have insurance and they are treated like trash, they are given a bad attitude problem. Try to find other places before coming to spend your money in a so call "Clinica Hispana" Unfortunately Google requires for me to give a star which they deserve nothing but a minus -1 star. Thank you for your response, I think this might be someone else's case, my husband is not complaining about the $230.00 that he paid, but for the RUDE SERVICE he received by the so called "nurse" that did not have manners/education to ask in a respectful way to pull his pants down for the shot, but acted like she was treating one her kids. And of course he was not going in for FREE, obviously there is a price for everything with or without insurance. *Gente Hispana no vengan a esta "clinica" el trato es horrible para las personas de habla hispana*

La atención en la Clinica es muy buena, muy profesional el personal, los precios muy buenos , la recomiendo 100%.
