Beware of the worst customer service. Not only they are super expensive but have 0 empathy. I came to pick up a sample of a formula and within 5 minutes I was back in the garage. Unfortunately, my ticket fell at the gastros office and when I called for help the attendant basically said I had to pay and hung up. I mean how could I pay $15 for 5 minutes at most? I asked to please check the cámaras to verify that I had been there leas than 4 minutes and the rep just hung up again!

Our son needed ear tubes and adenoidectomy surgery and we were referred to strictly pediatrics for his surgery. Something isnt right with this place. Their pre op Covid scheduling is a joke, any phone number provided lead to nowhere just endless prompts. Theres little to no information about the doctor for our son BIG red flag. Dont try and contact there offices either they also lead to just endless calls and waisted time. The billing was the only upfront and easy to see communication, looks like money before care is what this office is about. We are going elsewhere for our sons medical care.

All about the money. Your doctor likely goes to multiple facilities, go to another one.

I was going to schedule my daughter for surgery there. We got to the point of estimate of bill, scheduling Covid testing and a couple of calls for medical history. I will say the staff I spoke to was unprofessional and rude. Apparently asking questions regarding billing and quarantining after a Covid test results were the wrong move. My daughter will be having surgery at dell (across the street). I am glad I discovered the lack of professionalism prior to surgery. Very thankful Christina with Dr. Smarts office was able to still accommodate her on the same day.
