Jim Saxton has been our agent since Richard Binder retired; I dont remember how many years thats been! Weve been State Farm clients for 45 years. The team at Jims office have provided excellent service, great recommendations, and work tirelessly to get us the coverage we need at competitive rates. We work most often with Suzy and Chris; they respond quickly to any inquiry and let us know our options. We have auto, home, and life insurance with them. We continue to be pleased with our coverages AND their service. Our family has worked with the Saxton team for a long time, now, and we couldnt be more happy with the level of service they provide. The team is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and swift to address action items. Uniquely, they really go out of their way to know their customer and operate in a manner that is conducive to the case by case situations they are presented with as accounts. In our case, my Mother has memory troubles and the team has absolutely responded to that by coordinating more than is necessary on their end to satisfy the requirements of their responsibility to the account. In kind, they always reach out to me, despite me not being the account holder, to make sure I am aware of anything that is happening/needed. We are very lucky to have the Saxton team in our corner and highly recommend them to anyone!
