First off I have been with Statefarm for 18 years and I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Karen Halls office. Carame has helped me anytime I needed to discuss financial situations or to even explain my policies in depth. I recently have had a situation which is very rare. I was in an accident and needless to say that the body shop I used did not properly fix everything. Karen herself helped me to get this resolved and fought for me when the claims didn’t properly understand the situation. At the end of the day everyone made it right and Statefarm did an amazing job! Not to mention I was that client that called non stop (Sorry I was THAT person) and Dianna and Amanda never showed me how annoying it was. Thank you guys so much.

I have received multiple solicitation phone calls on my personal cell phone from the office representing Karen Hall. I certainly understand a business seeking new clients, I don't find personal cell phones as the best avenue and it tends to be quite frustrating.

Just joined State Farm and I already love it! Got great prices renters insurance and starting my credit thanks to Karen and the rest of her staff! Definitely recommend!
